In my spare time I plan and instruct courses for FDF. I like to use this as a creative outlet to design games and other activities, so I have an excuse to improve skills I otherwise wouldn't such as programming and game design.
Raspberry Pi, ChatGPT-API, PythonÂ
A creepy AI powered doll with glowing red eyes.
All created in under 24 hours as we got the idea when seeing the doll in a thrift store, the day before the course started.
through a SSH connection from my phone, it allowed me to do Speech-to-text using the G-keyboard on my phone. Allowing me to speak directly to the doll. It responded using the default google translate voice as a free alternative to other TTS-providers.
It screened the commands for specific keywords, allowing us to preprogram specific responses, like when it turned evil and got a demonic voice. Otherwise it just responded with ChatGPT.

Arduino, Game design, Prop design
Inspired by the game "keep calm and nobody explodes" I embarked on my first real Arduino electronic project.
A cooperative game where two people armed with only a 50 page manual and a confusing bomb, needed to communicate together to defuse the bomb before the timer ran out.
Looking back the code and construction was terrible, but it is still one of the most important arduino projects I have embarked on.
